Bank hires for management jobs in Vegas

Seacoast Commerce Bank said they have opened a new office and hired for management jobs in Vegas, among other positions.

The company has opened a new Loan Production Office, located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

It has also hired Joseph Brodsky, Senior Vice President, SBA Business Development Officer, to manage the new office. Mr. Brodsky has over 13 years of banking experience, predominately in the SBA lending industry. He also has 7 years experience as a practicing attorney specializing in real estate law.

“Joe is a great addition to our SBA Team. His focus will be in Nevada as well as cultivating SBA business from his many contacts in the Western United States Joe has worked for me in the past and has been a large volume producer of SBA loans, specifically for the small business owner that wants to buy, construct, or expand their own facility,” stated David H. Bartram, Executive Vice President and SBA Division Manager.

Store creates retail jobs in Vegas

Sportsman’s Warehouse is returning to Nevada to create retail jobs in Vegas.

The outdoor sporting goods store was one of 23 that shut down in 2010.

But last July it announced it would be returning to the same location and reopening. The new store will bring about 70 jobs to the area.

The location is at the Centennial Gateway center near Ann Road and U.S. 95.

According to Fox5Vegas, the Utah-based company announced last July it would return to the shopping center after it shut down two years ago. The store officially reopened on Mar. 9, according to the store’s website.

RealManage hires for executive jobs in Vegas

According to a post, RealManage has secured a hire for executive jobs in Vegas.

The company has hired Jon R. Ford as Vice President of its Las Vegas branch to oversee the operation of the company’s local office.

Jon joins RealManage with over 30 years experience supervising and facilitating management of high-rise condominiums, residential community associations, and single family homes in the Las Vegas and San Diego areas. Jon holds a Supervisory Community Association Manager license from the State of Nevada, as well as the Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations via the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
