Company recruits key hire for finance jobs in Vegas

One company is growing and hiring for finance jobs in Vegas.

Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, has hired Angela Bates as an investment associate.

Bates will be working with the company’s investment services team, which is responsible for investment strategy, acquisition and due diligence, ongoing investment management and disposition. Her focus will be on retail and triple-net investments.

Bates served as the regional director for Xceligent Commercial Real Estate Information and Hanley Wood Market Intelligence. She also served as a senior account executive for CoStar Commercial Real Estate and was instrumental in leading the company into the Las Vegas market.

Company recruits for consultant jobs in Vegas

SGEi has said it has secured a key hire for consultant jobs in Vegas.

They have hired corporate culture consultant Thomas Martin as the new VP of Culture and Learning.

Martin will guide the creative team in the design of all cultural programming and learning experiences worldwide, and in the development of the company’s facilitation team.

Martin has experience as the VP of Learning, Culture and Recruitment at Denihan Hospitality Group, and as W Hotels’ Corporate Director of Training and Brand Standards, will aid him in his new role.

Martin is also known for leading Falling Rock Resort to its Five-Diamond Award from AAA, which was earned within the resort’s first year of operation.
